We the members of the Association of Citizens and Friends of Liberia are motivated by a profound conviction that there is a real need to unite of Liberians and Friends of Liberia in Sacramento and its environs in order to form an organized community and contribute humanitarian aids to those in need.

Mrs. Christiana Bendu Hunter is from Lofa County,  Liberia, West Africa who is re-elected as President of the Association of Citizens and Friends of Liberia (ACFLi), based in Sacramento, California for the second time in 2009. Mrs Hunter won by a landslide votes against Mr. David Moore who rallied only five votes. Others elected were Mr. Isaac George for Vice President, Ms. Zinnah Barclay as National Secretary, Mrs. Janet Toby, Assistant Secretary, Mr. Boima Konuwa, Treasurer, Mr. Richard Cunningham, Asst. Mr. J. Siaka Konneh's married to Angie Konneh.  Mr. Konneh has a master's degree and currently works with the County of Sacramento, California. Hon. J. Siaka Konneh is a graduate from the University of Liberia.  He is from Lofa County Liberia, West Africa.  More Info

Isaac Liverpool Geroge, a pan Africanist, educator, politician and a diplomat was born August 24, 1948, unto the union of Lucy George and Liverpool Nyenbeku George. The Honorable Isaac L. George is a product of the renowed Cuttington University College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
